Josh D. Moorvitch
President & Founder
Josh became a direct lender in 2013. As a direct lender and mortgage broker for Commercial and Residential properties, JDM Funding has closed over 800 deals with a gross funding of nearly $900M.
Josh graduated from the prestigious Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Entrepreneurial Studies. He was awarded the Top Business Plan from the The Lloyd Grelf Center of Entrepreneurial Studies at the Marshall School of Business at USC.
- Josh has a strong passion for finance, deals and real estate. In May of 2009 Josh received his broker’s license and has since used his relationships, success, and wealth of knowledge to launch JDM Funding Corporation. In 2013, he became a direct lender funding loans for properties of 1-4 units and owner-occupied homes. He has a strong reputation of professionalism, integrity and is able to provide a high level of service. Josh is known to close deals that no one else can. He has an impeccable work ethic, and his reputation is second to none.
- Josh likes to give back to the Jewish community and some of the organizations that are near and dear to his hear are Meyrow Foundation, Eiden Inc, Tomchei LA, Maganon, and Chabad of Sola.

Nick Minot
Commercial Loan Processor and Point on all files
Nick is an experienced Commercial Loan Processor with a sharp eye for detail and knowledgeable in his field. He joined the JDM Funding Team in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Nick holds a Bachelors Degree in American History from William Penn University and California Miramar University. He also took law classes, teaching classes, and MBA classes. In his free time he likes to play and give baseball lessons.

She is the newest addition to the JDM Funding Team. Meticulous, task-driven with 6+ years of experience she goes above and beyond to get the job done. In her free time you can find her biking or hanging out at the beach.
